    Position Summary

    The HRBP is responsible for the implementation of the People Strategy within their respective location, while ensuring flawless execution of HR operations.

    A day in the life of an HRBP

    • Execute and deliver on the strategic HR plans that support the People Strategy as aligned with your key stakeholders.
    • Contribute to the organizational structure using best practices, change management, and in accordance with Nestlé Leadership Principles.
    • Lead on the Operational People Planning process for respective location.
    • Champion the Performance and Talent Management cycle through Goal and Development plan setting, performance calibration and talent development, succession planning, capability building while ensuringPeople Managers use tools effectively to assist individual and team performance improvement.
    • CoachPeople Managers to participate in annual Total Rewards activities.
    • Lead and participate in local Youth activities to contribute to the achievement of country and market Youth development KPIs.
    • Foster a positive culture across the organization which promotes Diversity & Inclusion, Safety, and highly engaged and empowered teams in line with our global/local practices and policies.
    • Coach Leaders and all Employees to behave and make decisions in line with Nestlé Purpose and Values while enforcing compliance.
    • Work as part of a matrix HR Services team to share insightswith the corporate HR team to drive continuous improvement and excellence in HR operations.
    • Manage the respective HR services team in your location whilst ensuring excellence in execution, timeliness, accuracyand consistent application of HR Policies, allowances & benefits for employees.

    What will make you successful

    • 5+ years of experience within HR across various functions
    • Successfully leading, coaching and developing people in a high performing environment
    • Demonstrable experience in contributing to the creation & execution of people strategies
    • Worked within a Matrix environmentwith wide business acumen
    • Bilingual English & Arabic
