Yourrole:

• InstallPhilips Healthcare (PH) equipment according standards with respectto quality and installation time as set byPH
• Perform plannedmaintenance and equipment modifications within the scheduled timeand to the quality standards set byPH
• Perform correctivemaintenance supported when necessary by tier2 supporthelpdesk
• Demonstratecommitments to meet customer needs and requirements by ensuring allgiven quality standards
• Submit timely and accurate service data job sheets reports expenseclaims radiation film badges field problem reports and otherpaperwork as assigned
• Beaware of customer needs and potential commercial leads (PhilipsLifecycle Solutions PLS) through customer visits and providefeedback and recommendations to the management relevant peoplewithin the organization
• Support the District Customer Services & Operations Managerand the Customer Services Account Manager as appropriate withcontract renewals etc.
• Usecompany property with care to ensure optimal results with minimaloperational costs
• Keepabreast of new technologies likely to affect PH range ofproducts
• Be a professionalrepresentative for PH with respect to customer problems ensuringpersonal acceptability by the customer in appearance and behaviorin accordance with PH policy andtargets
• Responsible forexecuting service events (maintenance & Installation) incompliance with applicable version of Business Unit (BU) / BusinessLine (BL) service manuals and relevant PH quality standardpolicies

Youre the right fitif:

• Universitydegree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering BiomedicalEngineering or relevantdisciplines
• 5 years offield service experience
• Strong knowledge in diagnosing and repairing electronic equipmenttroubleshooting and responding to customersconcerns
• Strong customerservice and communicationskills
• Must be able to workboth individually and in an established teamsetting
• Advanced level ofEnglish & Arabic is amust
