KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the mechanical quality control team to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Conduct inspections and audits of mechanical installations, equipment, and systems to identify non-conformities and ensure adherence to quality requirements.
• Review and approve quality control documents, including inspection reports, test plans, and procedures.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the mechanical team in resolving quality issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Monitor and track quality control metrics, such as inspection results and non-conformance reports, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure effective quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in project meetings and provide input on mechanical quality control matters.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10 Years experience or NEOM Approval
• +5 years working as Mech. QC
• Aware of the type of inspection needed related to mechanical works.
• Aware of raising the proper RFIs
• Reported to QC supervisor & QC manager.
• Performs functional checks and mechanisms completion checks (pressure and vessels)
• Check levelness, anchor bolts, orientation, and conduits.
• Checking all UG lines and making sure that it's following the quality procedure.
• Following the quality plan for the project.
• Identify all quality issues and try to solve it which is related to their scope.
