responsibilities:

• hiresqualified candidates conducts interviews and recruits qualifiedteammembers
  
• assistsmanagers with staffrequirements.
  
• createsand maintains positive productive work environment throughconducting human resources and professional developmentactivities
  
• assistsin building compensationssystems
  
• arrangestraining sessions with all new hires and refresher workshops forexistingemployees.
  
• identifiesand addresses employee requirements regarding performance issuestraining and careergrowth.

Requirements

• relevantexperience in a similar position for at least 34years
  
• previousexperience working in the luxury hospitality industry brand ispreferred
  
• excellentverbal writing listening and presentationskills
  
• selfmotivatedand creativeproblemsolver
  
• abilityto work both autonomously and in a teamsetting
  

- relevant experience in a similar position for at least 3-4 years- previous experience working in the luxury hospitality industrybrand is preferred - excellent verbal, writing, listening andpresentation skills - self-motivated and creative problem-solver -ability to work both autonomously and in a teamsetting
