As Kitchen and Laundry Equipments Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible for any mechanical or electrical task (i. e. Kitchen &Laundry) that is given to you which falls within the remit of your Multi Skills training and must carry out the works in a professional manner.

What will I be doing

As a Kitchen and Laundry Equipments Maintenance Supervisor:

• You will be implementing the Hotel's safe systems of work and safety lock out systems. to carry out your duties on a day rota as laid down by the Chief Engineer.
• You will be responsible for the smooth running of all plant and service whilst on duty.
• Assembling, installing, repairing and maintaining mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment. Troubleshooting machinery and performing routine preventative maintenance. Reading, interpreting, and following instructions and operation manuals. Maintaining a schedule for inspecting, servicing, and testing machinery of Kitchen and Laundry Equipment.
• You must be fully competent in the use of all hand tools and portable test equipment.
• You have to be fully conversant with the Kitchen and laundry equipment and to ensure they are fully functional at all times.
• You have to ensure a full working knowledge of all systems within the hotel that fall under your responsibility.
• You are responsible for the correct operation of the Hotel's Kitchen and laundry systems isolating alarms as required and logging all information.
• You will be an active member of the hotels emergency team.
