    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent
    • Design and facilitate employee development programs to enhance skills and competencies
    • Lead performance management initiatives to drive employee engagement and productivity
    • Collaborate with HR business partners and managers to identify high-potential employees and implement succession planning programs
    • Utilize HRIS systems and tools to manage talent data and provide insights for decision-making
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent management

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent management or related role
    • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management strategies
    • Experience in designing and delivering training programs and initiatives
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
    • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
    • Proficiency in HRIS systems and other talent management tools
