- Manage the office of an academic chair, a research director or any other office at the University.
- Document activities related to various academic and research programs and initiatives.
- Draft high quality letters, memos and emails for internal and external communications.
- Use administrative and academic information systems to complete transactions.
- Prepare professional reports and maintain records in the document management system.
- Receive students and attend to their requests.
- Coordinate with other departments on administrative and operational matters. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any major of studies from a recognized university.
- KFUPM shall administer a competency & English language assessment. Required Experience 2 years of relevant work experience is preferred. Skills
- Excellent English language & Communication skills .
