• Projectmanager duties including completing projects on time and on budget,monitor projects/schedules throughout projects, lead formal projectreviews, act as technical resource for team, mentor junior staff,and complete engineering tasks within federal, state, and localestablishedcriteria
  
• Identifybusiness development opportunities and create marketingplans
  
• Assistwith preparation of engineering services proposals that includedinterviews and calculations/estimates of time schedules andcosts
  
• Attend/participatein networking events and professionalorganizations
  
• Serveas prime contact for client onprojects
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in CivilEngineering
  
• Masters degreepreferred
  
• 8+years of experience developing a wide variety of transportationprojects
  
• Experiencedeveloping/managing MoDOTprojects
  
• PEregistration
  
• Projectmanagement experience that includes MoDOT projects, interstate,interchange, expressway and/or urban arterialprojects
  
• Experiencewith municipal, traffic, hydraulic and field constructionpreferred
  
• Knowledgeof project accounting and managing the schedule/budget for multipleprojects atonce
