    Project Manager Infrastructure plays acritical role in overseeing the planning execution and delivery oflargescale High speed rail projects. This role requires strongleadership technical expertise and project management skills toensure successful project outcomes within specified timelinesbudgets and quality standards.

      Dutiesand Responsibilities
      Develop the concept of the designrequest by the Temporary Works Coordinator and list anydiscrepancies for discussions. (Referring to the NEOMStandards)
      Finalize the concept with the Temporary WorksCoordinator and any related disciplines or Authority togetherwith.
      Develop the initial design/details and submit to theTWC for review and approval from any Authority ifrequired.
      Advise the principal contractor regarding anytechnical details if required/requested.
      Attendingmeetings with any organization/authority if required on behalf ofthe principal contractor related to TWs.
      Revise thedesign/details/drawings based on TWCs or Consultants comments atany time required.
      Provide shop drawings for any Temporarywork For Construction.
      Provide time and costeffectivesolutions for any type of Temporary work.
      All the worksshall be submitted within the scheduled time without anydelay.

      Major items
      1.Temporary AccessRoad design of traffic management andalignment.
      2.Diversion of major highways design of trafficmanagement and alignment.
      3.Design and detail of Formworkand Scaffolding if required.
      4.Design of shoring andprotection system
      5.MiscellaneousStructures

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelorsdegree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or relatedfield; Masters degree preferred.
    • Provenexperience as a Project Manager in infrastructure projectspreferably with a focus on metro rail or mass transitsystems.
    • Strong understanding of metro railproject lifecycle including planning design construction andoperations.
    • Excellent leadership communicationand interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and managecrossfunctional teams.
    • Proficiency in projectmanagement tools and software such as Primavera P6 MicrosoftProject or equivalent.
    • Knowledge of relevantregulations codes and standards applicable to metro railprojects.
    • PMP (Project Management Professional)certification or equivalentpreferred.
    • Experience with risk managementcontract administration and stakeholder engagement in complexinfrastructureprojects
