Job summary
This role is tasked with the management and execution of HR and administration functions of the company working with management and all levels of staff and employees to build a team work environment with best practices.The employee is expected to oversee all HR and Administration functions such as labor hiring, on-boarding, training and development of employee potential as well as succession planning and exit of employees.
- Planning, development and documentation of company-wide organizational structure.
- Developing, maintaining and updating HR policy documentation that is in line with local labor laws.
- Coodination process recruitment including: posting job ads.
