    Job Summary:


    We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Marketing Head to lead our client creative marketing efforts and drive sales for our clients real estate company.

    The Creative Marketing Head will be responsible for developing innovative marketing strategies, creating compelling visual content, and implementing creative campaigns to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and support the sales team.

    The ideal candidate has a strong background in creative marketing within the real estate industry in Saudi Arabia and a proven track record of delivering impactful campaigns that drive sales.


    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute the overall creative marketing strategy for the real estate company, aligned with business objectives and sales targets.
    • Lead a team of creative professionals, including graphic designers, copywriters, videographers, and photographers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
    • Conceptualize and create visually stunning marketing materials, including brochures, digital ads, videos, social media content, website designs, and other visual assets that effectively communicate the company's brand and offerings.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the sales team, project managers, and senior management, to understand their marketing needs and deliver creative solutions that support sales goals.
    • Monitor and assess the sales team's performance in promoting the product while engaging with customers in the field. Additionally, provide them with relevant marketing-oriented training to enhance their skills.
    • Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistent visual representation and messaging across all marketing materials and platforms.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, design standards, and emerging technologies in creative marketing, and proactively identify opportunities to incorporate innovative and impactful design elements into marketing campaigns.
    • Oversee the production process of creative marketing materials, working closely with external agencies, vendors, and printers to ensure high-quality deliverables within budget and timeline constraints.
    • Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to identify target audiences, market trends, and preferences, and leverage this information to develop creative marketing strategies that resonate with the target audience.
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of creative marketing campaigns, tracking metrics such as engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates, and provide regular reports and insights to the management team.
    • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure cohesive integration of creative elements into digital marketing campaigns, ensuring a seamless user experience across all channels.
    • Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements related to real estate marketing, ensuring all creative marketing materials adhere to legal and ethical standards.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
    • Proven work experience in Saudi Arabia with a minimum of 5 years experience as a Creative Marketing Director, or similar role within the real estate industry.
    • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative marketing campaigns and visual assets, with a focus on real estate.
    • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design and editing tools.
    • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and other visual elements, with a keen eye for detail.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a creative team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into impactful creative marketing strategies.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate creative concepts and strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
    • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners.
    • Knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices, with the ability to integrate creative elements into digital campaigns.
    • Passion for staying up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations in the real estate and creative marketing fields.
