    Education and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HumanResources, Industrial Psychology or relatedfield.

    Personal skills: Excellent communicationskills, ability to work within a team and under pressure,flexibility and ability to learn quickly and interact withothers.

    Basic HR knowledge: A basic understandingof the basic processes in human resources management such asrecruitment, performance management, performance appraisal, andtraining and development.
