Supervises and participates in the preparation of project budget and close-out budget proposals and analyses the expenditure against approved budgets and commitments. Monitors and endorses the final account of the Service Providers
Analyze business performance vs. budget and forecasts.
Endorses and verifies all payments relating to Contractors, and Vendors, ensuring compliance with agreement provisions and financial and accounting policies and procedures.
Controls the day-to-day project accounting and financial activities and recommends solutions.
Maintain relationship with the Clients financial representatives.
Overview of the complete timesheet preparation and signature.
Assist with audits and prepare audit work papers.
Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
Bachelor of Business Administration, or equivalent.
CMA (Certified Management Accountant) or equivalent.
5 years of experience in similar projects.
Reporting on the performance of FM project.
Ideally will have worked on project-based assignments in facility management.
Excellent written and spoken skills in both English and Arabic is required.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, leadership skills.
