JobDescription

• Develop and execute acomprehensive performance marketing strategy focused on patientacquisition lead generation and ROI optimization.
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarksto measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Plan execute and optimize digital advertising campaignsacross various channels including PPC social media advertisingdisplay and retargeting.
• Manage budgetseffectively ensuring maximum ROI and costefficiency.
• Oversee SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic searchrankings and drive relevant traffic to our website.
• Collaborate with content and technical teams to optimizewebsite performance.
• Monitor and analyzecampaign performance data using tools such as Google AnalyticsAdWords and other marketing analytics platforms.
• Prepare regular reports

and present insights toleadership recommending actionable improvements.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field(Masters degree is a plus).
• Proven experiencein performance marketing with a focus on digital advertising andonline lead generation.
• Strong understandingof digital marketing platforms analytics and tools.
• Proficiency in using digital advertising platforms suchas Google Ads Facebook Ads Manager and others.
• Excellent analytical and datadriven decisionmakingskills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage andmentor a highperforming team.
• Knowledge of thehealthcare or medical industry is a plus.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English ispreferred.
