Responsibilitiesand Duties

• Presentfinancial products to clients using the authorized techniques inorder to meet customers needs and preserve Bank alBilads marketshare
• Answer questions about products or thecompany
• Direct prospects to the field salesteam when needed
• Keep records of calls andsales and note useful information
• Handlegrievances to preserve the companys reputation
• Enter and update customer information in thedatabase

Job Skills andQualifications

• Bachelordegree of commerce business administration or relatedfields
• (02) years of retail salesexperience
• Energetic andenthusiastic.
• Good command of English& Arabic languages
• Basic computerskills.
• Basic selling communication andnegotiation skills.
• ServiceOriented
