- Lead the creative efforts on a variety ofclient projects developing overall design concepts and designpresentation strategies.

- Bachelors or Masters degree from an accredited school ofdesign.
- 15 years professional experienceincluding proven track record of contributing to the design ofhospitality interiors projects
- Strongpersuasive communicator with excellent storytelling skills and theability to communicate complex design concepts toclients.
- Proven track record of success inmaintaining and growing client relationships.
- Strong graphic skills to communicate design ideas.
- Leadership experience including managing clientexpectations multidisciplinary teams and meetingscope/schedule/budget.
- Skilled at developinginspiring and motivating teams of people both internally andexternally along with a desire to mentor team members.
- Experience leading design teams through all phases ofthe design process.
- Knowledge of furniturefinishes materials and specifications.
- Knowledge in sustainable design principles required.
- LEED WELL Fitwel LFA or other rating systemsaccreditation preferable.
- Understand keyprinciples for leading and achieving net zero projects.
- Capacity to drive sustainability focused discussionswith clients and teams.
- Demonstratedcommitment to sustainability and sustainable building practicesrequired.
- Previous experience in sustainabledesign projects preferred. At least one project of the candidateportfolio should showcase this focus. Especially built projectswith LEED Living Building Challenge WELL Building Standard Fitweland /or Net Zero Building certification.
- Experience in managing design teams with Revit/Rhino/Grasshopperskills.
- Good knowledge and experience withcollaboration within the BIM context including cloudbased markupsconsultant coordination and clash detection.
- Basic understanding and familiarity with realtime renderingprocesses and material creation & management within thecontext of integrated BIM and parametric workflows.
- Familiarity with the BIM project lifecycle throughdesign construction and operational phases.
