    Education andexperience:
    Bachelor's degree inmechanical, electrical, industrial engineering, or relatedfield.
    At least 2-3 years of experience managing assetservices or maintenance projects.

    Knowledge oftechniques:
    Knowledge of Quantitative MaintenanceManagement Systems (CMMS) and Facilities Asset Management (EAM)systems.
    Deep understanding of the principles ofpredictive and preventive maintenance.

    Artisticskills:
    Ability to analyze maintenance needs andidentify effective solutions.
    Planning and organizationskills for maintenance scheduling and related projectmanagement.
