    About our client:

    Our Client operates in the Oil and Energy industry, with its headquarters rooted strongly in Saudi Arabia. They are one of the world's largest oil producers. They are constantly growing by creating new technologies through its Research and Development efforts and branch into new business lines through Investments and Acquisitions.

    Responsibilities:

    As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:

    • Select, plan, specify, purchase, expedite and deliver materials to the project in a timely manner.
    • Utilize and apply the SAMSS procedures pertaining to the allocation and purchase of materials including, the development of requisitions, purchase orders, surplus and excess materials usage, 'non' material requirements, spare parts and inspection requirements.
    • Identify Long Lead Items and field material delivery dates.
    • Develop Bid Review Programs and analyze alternatives, sub-vendors, life cycle costs, and delivery times to develop solid recommendations for the selection of material vendors.
    • Be responsible for overall procurement management for all C1 projects including reviewing Project Procurement Plan
    • Liaise with Project Procurement Department representatives on all purchased materials.
    • Be the focal point for vendors on vendor data, inspection, FAT and delivery.

    Requirements:

    • You must hold a Bachelor degree in Engineering.
    • You should have a minimum of 10 years' experience.
    • You will be able to demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
