- Execute sales strategies to achieve department sales objectives:
- Improve customer penetration in the market
- Secure new contracts to increase AMC base.
- Secure equipment replacement jobs
- Secure repairs & and retrofit jobs.
- Meet individual sales targets assigned by Line of Business / Strategies.
- Execute Sales Action Plans in line with the strategy set by the management.
- Liaise with other company functions to ensure the achievement of sales and service delivery objectives.
- Follow up with customers on payments to ensure timely collection.
- Actively liaise with finance and attend AR meetings.
- Develop sales presentations and proposals.
- Investigate lost sales and customer accounts
- Track, collate and interpret sales figures
- Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue
- Generate timely sales reports
- Help prepare budgets
- Conduct market research, and competitor and customer analysis.
- Gather market feedback to identify areas of improvement on both divisional and organizational level.
- Analyse data to identify sales opportunities
- Develop promotional ideas and material
- Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision-makers in key accounts.
- Comply with the Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental standards and respective QHSE policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Commitment to deliver effective service to all parties dealing with them.
- Assure the achievement of department objectives and relevant KPIs.
- Comply with the Customer Satisfaction (ISO 10000, 10001,10002, 10003 & 10004)
- Understand and Comply with company's QHSE Policy
