    Responsibilities:

    • Execute sales strategies to achieve department sales objectives:
    • Improve customer penetration in the market
    • Secure new contracts to increase AMC base.
    • Secure equipment replacement jobs
    • Secure repairs & and retrofit jobs.
    • Meet individual sales targets assigned by Line of Business / Strategies.
    • Execute Sales Action Plans in line with the strategy set by the management.
    • Liaise with other company functions to ensure the achievement of sales and service delivery objectives.
    • Follow up with customers on payments to ensure timely collection.
    • Actively liaise with finance and attend AR meetings.
    • Develop sales presentations and proposals.
    • Investigate lost sales and customer accounts
    • Track, collate and interpret sales figures
    • Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue
    • Generate timely sales reports
    • Help prepare budgets
    • Conduct market research, and competitor and customer analysis.
    • Gather market feedback to identify areas of improvement on both divisional and organizational level.
    • Analyse data to identify sales opportunities
    • Develop promotional ideas and material
    • Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision-makers in key accounts.

    Requirements:

    • Comply with the Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental standards and respective QHSE policies, procedures and guidelines.
    • Commitment to deliver effective service to all parties dealing with them.
    • Assure the achievement of department objectives and relevant KPIs.
    • Comply with the Customer Satisfaction (ISO 10000, 10001,10002, 10003 & 10004)
    • Understand and Comply with company's QHSE Policy
    • Assure to achievement of company objectives.
