• Develop and drive the EMEA Service Line strategy, go to market and business plan in close collaboration with the Global and Regional Nature Solutions Business Line Leaders.
• Provide clear leadership and direction to your team members on all aspects of our work related to this role, including (but not limited to) business development, technical subject matter expertise, project delivery, quality assurance and client management.
• Manage Service Line resources with particular attention to recruitment and retention to maximize opportunity, project delivery and profitability.
• Perform line management responsibilities for direct reports, including conducting performance reviews and goal setting, and providing mentorship and guidance on career path development.
