About The Role
The Field Clinical Specialist (FCS) will provide expert clinical product and technical support to physicians technicians sales representatives on the safe effective use of Boston Scientific Cardiac Rhythm Management CRM portfolio including FARAPULSE equipment.In this hybrid role you will spend approximately 60% time providing clinical case support by assisting during procedures 40% supporting commercial activities.
You will be responsible for the Riyadh area may occasionally support colleagues in neighboring regions This requires frequent weekly travel presence in the Riyadh office when not visiting clientsYour Responsibilities Will Include
Serves as primary resource for clinical support in areas of case coverage basic troubleshooting system software development Educates customers internal Boston Scientific employees on merits proper clinical usage CRM portfolio Farapulse device Provides initial continuous training feedback for development team sales representatives Attends cases labs hospital accounts for case support development efforts across relevant portfolios Meets existing potential clients discuss demonstrate how company products can help them achieve goals Develops relationships hospital personnel identify key decision makers facilitate future sales Responds customer needs complaints regarding products service developing creative feasible solutions working other related personnelوصف الوظيفة
