- Monitor and Control BHS operations, ensuring smooth baggage flow with minimum or no interruptions.
- Control and supervise all operations and maintenance activities to achieve the overall system availability target in the respective area.
- Ensure fallback procedures are in place during system interruptions or breakdown situations
- Ensure proper communication from the control room to Field Supervisors/Technicians for appropriate fault finding.
- In case of system anomaly, provide technical advice to Field Supervisors/Lead Technicians as the basis for any operational decisions.
