KeyResponsibilities
Delivertrademark service for the entire Pensions and Group Risk customerportfolio working with the various internal and externalstakeholders (customers, agents, brokers) to accurately positionthe ICEA LION brand image, its products and espouse its values asexpressed in the service charter and service levelagreements.
Contribute totop-line targets through delivery of cross-sell and up-selltargets.
Activelyparticipate in the refresh and drive the delivery of the customervalue proposition, constantly championing the customer and ensuringany challenges to exemplary service are identified andaddressed.
Develop workingrelationships with key account owners and managers to ensurebusiness retention and renewal while gathering market intelligencethat allows ICEA LION Life offer a compelling and competitivecustomer valueproposition.
Implement asound customer engagement and retention strategy that ensurescustomer satisfaction and that realizes the set upsell andcross-sellgoals
Apply aneffective differentiated service supported by a 360-degree view ofthe customer, data driven customer segmentation strategy andaccurate customerdata
Receive andresolve customer feedback and complaints and properly document themwhile drawing clear initiatives to ensure non-recurrence ofnegative feedback andcomplaints
Create cordialintra and inter-departmental working relationships that allow forseamless exceptional customerexperience
Research on,identify and champion opportunities that would transformcustomer experience through product,service, technology orstrategy
Develop regularand exception reports that support accountability, decision-makingand inform strategyformulation

Requirements
