    Takeownership of business growth.

    As aSales Team Leader you will be responsible for leading a team ofsales representatives driving sales efforts and achieving annualplans related to Bently Nevadas products and solutions. Yourprimary focus will be on developing and implementing effectivesales strategies motivating and training the team and buildingstrong customer relationships within the assignedterritories.

    Youwill also be responsible for:

    • Leading motivating and mentoring a team of salesmanagers providing guidance and support to help them achieve salestargets.
    • Setting clear performanceexpectations establishing sales goals and monitoring individual andteam performance.
    • Conducting regularperformance evaluations providing constructive feedback andimplementing training and development plans to enhance teamcapabilities.
    • Fostering a positive andcollaborative team culture encouraging teamwork and acustomercentric approach.
    • Developing andexecuting sales strategies and action plans specifically tailoredto Bently Nevadas products and solutions aligned with the companysobjectives.
    • Identifying market trendscustomer needs and competitive activities to formulate effectivesales approaches and differentiate Bently Nevadas offerings in themarket.
    • Collaborating with Bently Nevadaproduct lines to develop targeted promotional campaigns andmarketing materials to support sales efforts.
    • Conducting regular market research and analysis to identify newbusiness opportunities and potential areas for expansion within theSaudi and Bahrain territories.
    • Building andmaintaining strong relationships with key customers understandingtheir needs and providing appropriate solutions leveraging BentlyNevadas solutions.
    • Conducting customer visitssales presentations and negotiating to secure new businessopportunities and expand existing accounts.
    • Monitoring customer feedback and addressing any concerns or issuespromptly ensuring a high level of customer service andsatisfaction.
    • Tracking analyzing andreporting on sales performance for the assignedterritory.
    • Providing regular updates tomanagement on key metrics market trends and salesforecasts.
    • Utilizing sales CRM software (DealMachine) to manage leads opportunities and customer informationeffectively.
    • Identifying areas forimprovement implementing corrective actions and optimising salesprocesses to maximize efficiency and effectiveness specifically forBently Nevadas sales operations.

    To be successful inthis role you will:

    • Havea bachelors degree in engineering.
    • Have min10 years of experience in sales leadership roles within theindustrial or engineering sector with a focus on selling technicalproducts or solutions.
    • Have experience in theSaudi & Bahrain markets is a Must.
    • Have Indepth knowledge of Bently Nevadas products solutions andapplications within the industry.
    • Haveleadership abilities with a track record of successfully managingand motivating sales teams.
    • Have excellentcommunication presentation and negotiation skills.
    • Be a resultsdriven mindset with a passion for achievingand exceeding targets.
    • Be able to analyzemarket trends identify business opportunities and develop effectivesales strategies.
    • Be familiar with CRMsoftware and proficiency in using sales productivitytools.
    • Be fluent in English and Arabic ishighly desirable.
