    Were looking for an HR Generalist who can run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including but not limited to; Payroll, Personnel/HR Operations, Leave management, administering pay, benefits, and enforcing company policies and practices.


    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Handle the execution of all HR transactions and administration, such as payroll processing, benefits administration,and onboarding and offboarding activities.
    • Minatain employees leaves and make sure of proper recording method (HRIS, Shared documents, etc)
    • Maintain regular HRIS input by collecting relevant employee lifecycle information, such as personal data, uploading needed documents, contract terms, and benefits and compensation details.
    • Define and implement internal HR policies, practices that secure compliance with labor laws.
    • Troubleshoot workforce issues concerning employees and management to ensure positive employee relations.
    • Contribute to onboarding and offboarding effortscreate frameworks for educational sessions for new hires and feedback and exit interviews for terminated employees.
    • Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database.
    • Notify internal teams of management, personnel changes.
    • Verify the accuracy and completeness of all personnel data, including NDAs, compensation, and employment contracts
    • Preparing reports, memos, letters, and other related documents.

    Key Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 4 years Work experience as an HR Generalist, HR Specialist, or similar role
    • Fluent English written and verbal communication skills
    • Familiarity with HRIS and HCM software.
