    Job Responsibilities

    Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Engage in high-pressure pump products in collaboration with key stakeholders in the water sector in Saudi Arabia.
  • Collaborating closely with the sales team daily to identify and connect with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), end-users, and consultants through strategic mapping efforts.
  • Become proficient in order handling procedures through close collaboration with the Customer Service (CS) and Logistics teams, focusing on understanding country-specific regulations.
  • Make sure orders are delivered on time while subsequently improving customer satisfaction.
  • Product awareness for existing and new customers.

  • Fresh Graduate with a degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Management, or similar.
  • Great attention to detail while having the ability to multi-task.
  • Good organizational problem-solving skills.
  • Observant to customers' needs and able to create good dialog with customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Experience with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
