    responsibilities:

    • develop digital media plans with goals aligned with the brand's vision
    • research and study the latest marketing trends
    • establish our online presence and create brand awareness
    • spread the company's message through social media and other online mediums
    • innovate and build unconventional digital campaigns that deliver the message
    • develop different types of content including copywriting (social media, websites, blogs, articles, etc.), videos, etc. and collaborate with supplier if needed
    • manage digital platforms and run the day-to-day social media and search engine optimization (SEO) audits to ensure best practices are being used
    • create and monitor Google Ads marketing campaigns and coordinates with the graphics team to create engaging display ads
    • collaborate with sales team to increase the company's sales through digital channels
    • improve customer engagement using various marketing tactics
    • supervise ROI and KPIs with weekly performance reports to be submitted to management

    Requirements

    • relevant experience in a similar position for at least 2 years
    • previous experience working in the hospitality industry OR with lifestyle brands is preferred, with a marketing background
    • demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing plans
    • deep understanding of different digital media platforms and paid ads
    • excellent verbal, writing, listening and presentation skills
    • self-motivated and creative problem-solver
    • ability to work both autonomously and in a team setting
