    Position Overview:

    We are currently seeking a passionate and dynamic Government Relations Coordinator who has excellent problem solving skills to join our team in KSA. As a Government Relations Coordinator, you are responsible for processing and carrying out all transactions related to work permits, entry permits, residents' permits, visit/transit visas and attestations of certificates, and customs related matters for the ALEC GROUP and ALEC Business Units.

    Responsibilities:

    • Process all legal documents relating to visas, sponsorships, labour cards, residence permits, vehicle registration, licenses and other permits for submission to the appropriate authorities. Interface with government departments as required.
    • Processing Performs related duties as required by the Head of People & Culture and Government Relations.
    • Reporting to and liaising with the Head of People & Culture and Government Relations, on compliance related matters.
    • Keeping up-to-date with all relevant laws and regulations and communicating regulatory changes and developments to senior management and staff, and Providing advice, to Head of People & Culture and Government Relations, about ALEC Group compliance-related Saudization.
    • Support every aspect of compliance audit from audit planning, implementation, feedback and follow-up audit as required.
    • Ensure accurate information is presented in audit reports and to management.
    • Keep an update on government regulations and statutory requirements and determine their impact on the company.
    • Provide analyses and recommendations as requested.
    • Visit government agencies if required on saudization and all other compliance related matters.
    • Writing Tawteen reports according to the professional groups included in Tawteen (weekly(.
    • Full knowledge of employment decisions issued by the Ministry of Human Resources.
    • Create and manage reports and dashboards related to all government and saudization data as assigned by head of People&Culture & Government Relations.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors Degree or diploma in General Administration
    • 2 years local experience liaising with Immigration, Labour department and other government departments
    • written and spoken English and Arabic) Fluency in Arabic and Professional in English)
    • Knowledge in Labor Office and Jawazat and Governmental Regulations
    • Knowledge of administrative procedures and policies applied at the Company
    • Knowledge of Governmental Procedures in issuing licenses and other related documents
    • Skills in Microsoft Office especially Excel is a must
    • Experience in power BI reporting dashboards would be an asset
