PrimaryResponsibilities

Analysis of newinvestmentopportunities;

Perform industrydeep dives and competitiveresearch;

Build detailedfinancial models and financial statementanalyses;

Conductoperational, commercial and financial due diligence;and

Portfoliocompanymanagement;

Qualifications

1-3years of experience in investment banking, management consulting,transaction services, private equity or corporatedevelopment;

Stronganalytical, quantitative, and financial modellingskills;

Excellentcommunication and presentation skills, including producinghigh-impact presentations andmodels;

Self-starter,team-oriented, detail-oriented, and proven ability to managemultiple tasks and projects and thrive in a high-performanceenvironment;

Ability to meetdeadlines and work well underpressure;

Consistent trackrecord of high achievement, both professionally andacademically;

Excellentknowledge of MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint,Word);
