Job Description and Qualifications

Assist the Projects Managers to complete projects on time and within budget

Prepare Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) & detailed Project execution Schedule in Primavera / MS Project.

Prepare Site Mobilization Plans, Equipment Plan, Manpower Histograms, S Curve & Organization Chart for Awarded and Expected Projects.

Prepare Engineering, Procurement and Erection Schedule. Discuss Sequence & Priorities with concerned staff and incorporate their inputs in execution schedule.

Coordinate closely with Engineer to ensure work sequence and priorities are in-line with construction requirements.

Progress updating of construction schedule with reference to Base Schedule on weekly or biweekly basis.

Support conducting risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.

Notify PM team in advance to prepare recovery plan, schedule variances to avoid delays.

Ensure timely receipt of BED, DED, EDC, and BOM from Engineering Department.

Perform related duties as to specific assignments

Study the Scope of Work as per Contract Documents to prepare comprehensive Schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
Technology-Integrated Project Planning: Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop project plans that leverage information technology solutions. Utilize project management software and tools to create detailed project schedules, allocate resources, and establish milestones.
Resource Allocation and Optimization: Work closely with Cybersecurity teams and other relevant departments to allocate resources efficiently. Ensure that technology resources, including hardware, software, and personnel, are aligned with project requirements.
Risk Management with IT Focus: Identify potential technology-related risks and vulnerabilities that could impact project timelines or outcomes. Develop strategies to mitigate these risks and ensure the security and reliability.
Communication and Collaboration: Foster clear communication among multidisciplinary teams by providing regular updates on project progress, advancements, and challenges. Prepare and deliver presentations and documentation as required.
Documentation and Tracking: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to project, and processes. Ensure that technical documentation is easily accessible and organized.
Quality Assurance with Technical Expertise: Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and maintain quality assurance processes for technology implementations. Ensure that project is align with quality requirements and industry standards.
Task Coordination: Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure that tasks and activities are assigned, scheduled, and executed as per project plans. Monitor task dependencies and ensure alignment with project goals.
Issue Identification and Resolution: Proactively identify any obstacles or issues that could impact project timelines. Collaborate with relevant teams to find solutions and remove roadblocks to maintain project momentum.
Vendor and Supplier Coordination: Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services required for the project. Track supplier progress and address any delivery issues.
Status Reporting: Prepare regular status reports on project activities, highlighting progress, challenges, and potential risks. Present these reports to project managers and stakeholders as required.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in project management with a focus on expediting, preferably in the IT or cybersecurity sector.
Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar platforms.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address technological challenges and complexities.
Exceptional communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration between technical and non-technical teams.
Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with cybersecurity protocols and best practices.
Relevant certifications such as PMP is preferred.
