Keyresponsibilitiesinclude:

More than 3years workingexperience

Drawings/software skills: autocad, sketchup, Vrayrendering

Able to workindependently in design project and sitemanagement

High standardof technical drawings and budget awareness for projectcost

Broad knowledgeof thematerials

Detail orientedand able to do multitask, prefer candidate with self motivatedattitude

Good people andcommunicationskills

Understand theoverall flow and deadlines ofprojects

Able togenerate innovative, creative and trendydesigns

Candidate withself learning and improvement is aplus

Site managementand supervisor skill is a plus
