    JobSummary:

    Our client a leadingmanufacturing company in Jeddah Saudi Arabia is seeking anexperienced Mechanical Technician to join their team. TheMechanical Technician will be responsible for maintaining repairingand troubleshooting mechanical equipment and machinery in themanufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have strongmechanical aptitude technical skills and handson experience in themanufacturingindustry.

    Responsibilities:

    • Performroutine maintenance tasks on mechanical equipment and machinery toensure optimal performance andreliability.
    • Diagnose and troubleshootmechanical issues including equipment breakdowns malfunctions andfailures.
    • Conduct preventive maintenanceinspections and procedures according to established schedules andchecklists.
    • Repair or replace defective partscomponents or systems using hand tools power tools and precisionmeasuring instruments.
    • Collaborate with othertechnicians engineers and supervisors to address complex mechanicalproblems and find effective solutions.
    • Followsafety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe workingenvironment and prevent accidents orinjuries.
    • Document maintenance activitiesincluding work orders inspection reports and equipment historyrecords.
    • Assist in the installationcommissioning and testing of new equipment and machinery asneeded.
    • Keep abreast of industry developmentsnew technologies and best practices in mechanicalmaintenance.
    • Support continuous improvementinitiatives to enhance equipment reliability efficiency andproductivity.

    Requirements:

    • Diplomaor vocational training in Mechanical Engineering or a relatedfield.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as aMechanical Technician in a manufacturingenvironment.
    • Strong mechanical aptitude andhandson experience with mechanical systems machinery andequipment.
    • Proficiency in reading technicaldrawings schematics and equipmentmanuals.
    • Familiarity with a variety of handtools power tools and diagnostic equipment used in mechanicalmaintenance.
    • Knowledge of preventivemaintenance techniques and procedures.
    • Abilityto work independently or as part of a team in a fastpacedmanufacturing environment.
    • Excellentproblemsolving skills and attention todetail.
    • Effective communication skills bothverbal and written.
    • Flexibility to work shiftsweekends and overtime asneeded.
