Job Description
The main purpose of senior or specialist buyer is to work with procurement manger to identifies varied sources of commodities and services, evaluates bids, awards contracts and purchase orders, develops standards for new products or services, maintains contact with vendors, and maintains comprehensive descriptions of available goods/service and current prices
Responsibilities & Duties

• Review documents submitted by vendors to ensure compliance with all requirements.
• provide support and research and assist in obtaining all required approvals, maintain all spreadsheets, evaluate all corrections for the same, and establish all best purchase activities.
• Coordinate with vendors to maintain knowledge of all goods/services and delivery schedules, evaluate vendors, and manage purchases with other departments.
• Resolving receiving issues from internal and external stakeholders related to the system, PR/PO, and payment.
• Manage all communication with all vendors and track all orders to resolve any issues that will affect the supplier s partnership and goods or services delivery.
• overseeing the processing of standard and blanket Purchase orders and ensure that the actual cost matches the expected cost and meets the requirements for the goods/services.
• Monitor all supplier performance in terms of service delivery, quality, and rate.
• Develop relationships with suppliers to improve their service level.
• Support the operation team in their requirement to perform their activities.
• Perform other job-related projects and/or assignments as assigned by your line manager.
• Sourcing for new suppliers.
• Review and analysis of the quotation
• Follow and implement the contrac t

Desired Experience:

• 2-5 years of experience
• Logistics and supplychain experience preferred
