Job summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized PMO Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of a major international football event in Jeddah.

Responsibilities

• Support the PMO Manager/Project Director in monitoring overall project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
• Prepare and maintain project trackers, dashboards, and Gantt charts for multiple event departments.
• Coordinate weekly and daily meetings, circulate agendas, and record accurate minutes and action points.
• Follow up with departments on pending actions to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain the centralized document control system, ensuring all reports, plans, and templates are updated.
• Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports for internal and client review.
• Compile information from departments to support presentations, reports, and status updates.
• Support in identifying risks, dependencies, and potential schedule delays, escalating them appropriately.
• Maintain confidentiality of project information and ensure all data is filed in an organized manner.
• Provide administrative support for PMO activities, including logistics for meetings, workshops, and reporting sessions.
