    Role & Responsibilities:


    The Estimation Engineer will play a crucial role in preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for our hard services projects.

    This position demands a keen understanding of MEP systems and the ability to analyze project requirements effectively.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Analyze tender documents and project requirements to prepare detailed cost estimates.
    • Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
    • Work closely with the Operation team to understand technical specifications and project scope.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, costs, and best practices in facilities management.
    • Prepare and present estimation reports to management and clients.
    • Assist in the negotiation process with clients and contractors.

    Qualification and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in estimation.
    • Strong understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems and facilities management industry.
    • Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Detailed understanding of SFG20 standards
