    Company Overview:

    Our client a rapidly growing training group in Saudi Arabia since 2011 specializes in providing topnotch occupational health and safety administrative and financial training services. They tailor training packages and workshops ensuring alignment with scientific and technical standards. Through Their expert team they aim to enhance skills enabling individuals to contribute effectively to both organizational and societal goals.

    Job Description:
    In this role You will be responsible for managing financial records preparing financial reports and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles excellent organizational skills and the ability to contribute effectively to the overall financial health of the organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational abilities to efficiently manage accounting tasks.
    • Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly within a team environment contributing to collective goals and objectives.
    • Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze data prepare regular reports and financial statements and maintain essential accounting records.
    • Confidentiality Maintenance: Ensure the confidentiality and privacy of sensitive financial information.
    • Computerized Accounting: Input data and information into computer systems using accounting software. This includes documenting financial transactions ledger entries purchase records and sales activities.

    Qualifications and Qualities:

    • Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
    • English level intermediate to advanced is required.
    • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
    • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
    • Team player with excellent collaboration abilities.
    • Proficiency in computerized accounting systems.
    • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
