As an Architectural BIM Modeler, you will be instrumental in shaping the visual and functional aspects of our mixed-use project. Collaborating closely with architects, designers, and other project stakeholders, you will utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology to create detailed and visually compelling architectural models. Your role will contribute to the seamless integration of architectural elements within the project and support the overall success of our design endeavors.

Responsibilities:

1. Modeling and Visualization: Create detailed 3D architectural models using BIM software, translating design concepts into accurate and visually appealing representations.
2. Collaboration: Work closely with architects, interior designers, and other project team members to ensure coordination and integration of architectural elements within the BIM environment.
3. Design Development: Participate in the development and refinement of architectural designs, incorporating changes and updates as required.
4. Rendering and Presentation: Generate high-quality renderings and visualizations for presentations, client meetings, and project documentation.
5. Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on BIM models to ensure accuracy, compliance with design standards, and adherence to project requirements.
6. Updates and Revisions: Maintain and update BIM models to reflect design changes, revisions, and client feedback.
7. Documentation: Contribute to the creation of construction documents, including plans, elevations, and details derived from the BIM models.
8. Stay Informed: Keep abreast of industry trends, advancements in BIM technology, and design innovations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
2. Proven experience as an Architectural BIM Modeler with a focus on mixed-use projects.
3. Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools.
4. Strong design sensibility and creativity with an understanding of architectural principles.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
6. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering aesthetically pleasing and functional designs.
7. Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in a dynamic project environment.
8. Relevant certifications in BIM or Architecture would be advantageous.
