As the Financial Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing budgets, and providing financial guidance to the executive team. You will play a key role in ensuring the financial health and stability of the company through effective financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Develop and monitor financial performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights and recommendations to the executive team.
• Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to the executive team and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Implement and maintain financial policies and procedures.
• Monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships, and optimize working capital.
• Provide financial analysis and support for decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement strategies for cost optimization and revenue growth.
• Manage the financial aspects of projects, including budget planning, cost control, and financial risk assessment.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in financial management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
• Proven experience of 5+ years in financial management roles.
• Proven experience in treasury.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with the software development industry is a plus.
