Strategic Planning andImplementation:

• Lead thetimely Development & Implementation of the StrategicObjectives of the Shari'ah AuditFunction.
• Develop the Annual Work Plan of theShari'ah Audit Function.
• Undertake anyspecialized Shari'ah engagements directed by the SDivManager.
  

Policies,Processes and Procedures:

• Lead the Shari'ah Audit ofexisting IsDB Group policies, guidelines, processes, rules andregulations etc, (post enactment) to ensure compliance withShari'ah rules and principles.
• Monitornew market developments and evaluate their impact upon IsDB Groupoperations & activities and put-up appropriaterecommendations to the SDiv Manager.
• ProvideShari'ah Audit Guidance input to the SDiv Manager onvarious high-level policy-related committees established by themanagement of IsDB Group.
