    • Bachelor's degree in arelated field is typically required.
    • At least3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, including user research,interaction design, and visual design, is typically required.Experience with a variety of design tools, such as Sketch, Figma,Adobe Creative Suite, or InVision, is highlypreferred.
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating avariety of design skills, including wireframing, prototyping, andvisual design. The portfolio should showcase a range of designprojects and demonstrate the ability to create intuitive,user-centered designs.
    • Knowledge of web designstandards, usability principles, and design best practices.Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development frameworks is aplus.
