Job Summary:Responsible for developingand executing human resource strategy in support of the overallbusiness plan and strategic direction of the organization,specifically in the areas of talent management, performancemanagement, employee engagement and retention, compensation, HRoperations, and statutory labor ;
KeyResponsibilities: Establish and implement HR efforts that effectively communicate andsupport the company's mission and strategic; Develop HR plans and strategies to supportthe achievement of the overall business operations; Take a lead and work with management toarrive at an optimum organization structure that is effective andcost optimum Function as a strategicbusiness advisor to the executive/senior management of eachbusiness unit or specialty group regarding key organizational andmanagement ; Develop comprehensive strategicrecruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs ofstrategic ; Develop and implementcomprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are competitiveand ; Drive high employee engagement andretention especially the key talent exceeding the industrybenchmark Provide overall leadership andguidance to the HR function by overseeing talent acquisition,career development, retention, training, leadership development,compensation, HR Operations, legal labor compliance, and;
