Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in business development, specifically within the recruitment industry
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process and market trends in Saudi Arabia

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Proficient in market analysis and strategic planning
