    Bachelor's degree in arelated field such as law, management, or accounting.
    Atleast 3-5 years of experience in compliance, internal audit orlegal.
    Understanding regulations andstandards:

    A deep understanding of local andinternational regulations and laws related to the industry in whichthe company operates.
    Knowledge of internationalcompliance standards such as ISO and GDPR.
    Communicationand guidance:

    Excellent communication skills toorient employees and other officials on compliancerequirements.
    Ability to effectively provide guidance andtraining to ensure understanding of regulations andpolicies.
    Analysis and evaluation:

    Theability to analyze potential risks and evaluate their impact on thecompany.
    Ability to develop and implement new proceduresand policies to improve compliance.
