Working as a Construction Manager - Bridges , you will play a pivotal role in the successful planning, execution, and completion of bridge construction projects.

Your expertise in bridge construction will be essential to ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

• Manage and oversee bridge construction projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to review project specifications and plans, providing input and recommendations as needed.
• Supervise and coordinate construction activities, including scheduling, subcontractor management, and quality control.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure project goals are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with engineering standards and regulations.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance.
• Interface with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities, providing updates and addressing concerns as required.
• Procure materials, equipment, and labor resources as needed for project execution.
• Mentor and lead project teams, including construction supervisors and labor crews, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including construction logs, change orders, and as-built drawings.
• Ensure that all construction activities align with environmental regulations and sustainability goals

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in bridge construction management, with a minimum of 15 to 20 years of relevant experience.
• Must have experience in Saudi Market
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, bridge design, and construction methodologies.
• Familiarity with relevant software and project management tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus.
