Control the contractor's rolling stock maintenance and inspection activities including depots and depot equipment in compliance with work plans

Develop and execute knowledge transfer for all rolling stock maintenance related disciplines

Oversee the maintenance, repair, and storage of rolling stock (trains) and related facilities (depots), and ensuring that rolling stock is in optimal condition for safe and reliable operations.

Supervise depot managers and maintenance staff, ensuring adherence to safety and maintenance standards.

Manage depot facilities, ensuring that they meet safety and environmental standards.

Implement inventory management systems for spare parts and equipment.

Coordinate with scheduling and operations teams for rolling stock availability.

Monitor rolling stock performance and reliability, and implementing improvements as necessary.

Monitor compliance with safety standards and regulations for all fleet.

Collaborate with the maintenance and infrastructure teams to optimize asset performance.

Coordinate with external contractors and engineers for specialized rolling stock maintenance projects.

Control the contractor's rolling stock maintenance quality in compliance with KPIs

Qualifications:

Project management skills

Rolling Stock maintenance background in eitherpassenger highspeed or long distance intercity

Min. academic degree: B.Sc. Engineering

Min. 10 years in rail industry

Min. 5 years in leadership position

Min. 10 years in a similar position

International experience, preference GCC

English (fluent), Arabic (preferred), German (preferred)

MS office, MS Project, MS Sharepoint, IBM Maximo or similar tools

Willingness to sign a local contract with the KSA branch
