JobResponsibilities
Managing thepurchase, sale, rental, or development ofproperties.
Monitoring realestate income and expenditure, as well as collectingpayments.
Determiningrental income and negotiating leaseagreements.
Authorizingmaintenance, repair, equipment, and supplyexpenditure.
Negotiatingcontracts with vendors, suppliers, andcontractors.
Report to realestate owners and investors on a regularbasis.
Provideguidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasingproperty for the right price under the bestterms
Determineclients needs and financials abilities to propose solutions thatsuit them
Performcomparative market analysis to estimate propertiesvalue
Display andmarket real property to possiblebuyers
Preparenecessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statementsetc)
Manage propertyauctions orexchanges
Maintain andupdate listings of availableproperties
Developnetworks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders andcontractors
Promote salesthrough advertisements, open houses and listingservices
Remainknowledgeable about real estate markets and bestpractices.
JobRequirements
BachelorsDegree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration or ProjectManagement.
A minimum offive (5) years experience in a project management, real estate, ora similarrole.
Extensiveexperience in managing property purchases, sales, rentals, anddevelopment.
Proficiency inreal estate management software, like Buildium andAppFolio.
Experience inmanaging payments, negotiating contracts, and determining rentalrates.
In-depthknowledge of applicable property law, taxes, and financialstatements.
Knowledge ofproperty maintenance and procurement of vendors andsuppliers.
Ability toresolve resident and tenant complaints, as well as to superviseworkers andcontractors.
Advancedability to keep property owners and investorsupdated.
Excellentleadership and communication skills.
A minimum of five (5) years experience in a project management,real estate, or a similar role. Extensive experience in managingproperty purchases, sales, rentals, and development
