    Job Description
    We are seeking a seasoned Facility Management leader to build an integrated FM department. Key responsibilities include developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), obtaining certifications, creating training programs, and implementing estimation functions for the Company.

    The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in both hard and soft services, with a proven background in facility management or operations within the Saudi Arabian market. This role involves managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and optimizing facilities performance for clients including semi-government entities, Aramco, SABIC, and companies operating in Oil and Gas sectors, petrochemicals, or Jubail industrial city.

    Responsibilities
    • Developing SOP, obtaining certifications, creating training programs, and implementing estimation functions.
    • Managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
    • Optimizing facilities performance for clients.

    Requirements
    • Proven experience in facility management, operations, or maintenance, particularly in hard and soft services.
    • Previous experience working with government, semi-government, Aramco, SABIC, or similar organizations.
    • Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other maintenance areas.
    • Strong communication and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and solve problems efficiently.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Fluency in English is essential; Arabic proficiency is desirable.
