This is an exciting opportunity tojoin our Shipper Profiles Team working directly with the keybusiness owners as well as our engineering teams and The ShipperProfiles Teams plays a crucial role in sennder s business, as itprovides the Product to manage, assess and steer a portfolio ofthousands of The responsibilities of this team ranges over ShipperMaster Data Management, Performance Management and Insights TheShipper Profile Team unlocks sennder s vision of hands-free loadprocessing, and hence is absolutely vital to the company s You llbe supporting the overall strategy for this part of our Product aswell as working directly with the engineering teams that arebuilding the features/functionality necessary to deliver ourlong-term You ll be responsible for translating businessrequirements into user stories for our engineers as well asdefining areas that require technical or functional You ll alsowork closely with our Product Design team and our UX Researchfunction to ensure that we remain customer/user first in our

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

• Work directly with the engineering teams that is focusedon Shipper Profiles, own the team backlog
• Orchestrate the transition from our current solutionSalesforce to the new product
• Breakdownhigh-level initiatives into milestones and prioritize Epics, Userstories and create acceptance criteria and own the go-to-marketcomms for launches
• Facilitate Daily Standups,Scrum Refinements, Quarterly Planning, Team Demos and participatein team retros
• Define the product-relatedmetrics that will measure the impact of our productbuilds
• Collaborate with a cross-functionalteam of engineers, analysts, program managers, designers,researchers and with multiple partner teams from local to globalbusiness
• Cooperate with the Businessstakeholders by sharing the information regarding potentialblockers, possible delays or support requests in a proactivemanner

PREFERABLY YOUHAVE

• You have 4+years of professional experience in a Product Management role witha history of success working with senior engineers and developmentteams
• You are familiar with hypothesis anddata based product development, user research, A/Btesting
• Previous experience in Salesforce,since the current solution is dependent on Salesforce
• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or ordermanagement software
• Experience in defining anddelivering customer-impacting products and productfeatures
• Experience in use of data analysisand visualization tools such as SQL, Python, Looker
• Great communication and collaboration skills, you areable to translate complex technical solutions into simple languagethat all of your stakeholders can understand and work to
• Experience in agile work environments and are able tobring that mindset to your work and collaborations
