- Conduct project(internal/external) stakeholder(s) integration meetings, managingactions/issues list/log, risk register, safety audits, among otherproject management, monitoring, troubleshooting, reviews, to ensureseamless transition through knowledge management of projectdocumentation
- Develop MoUs, RFPs, RFQs, SLAs,contracts, and other required tendering documents, including SoW ofvarious mobility projects
- Facilitate indocument submissions for responsible project(s) and ensure theirtimely review and approvals focusing on business continuity, riskmitigation, quality management, health and safetystandards
