- Collaborate with clients or internal teams to gather and document business requirements related to finance and operations processes.
- Design, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations to align with client needs and industry best practices.
- Provide functional expertise in areas such as financial management, supply chain management, inventory management, procurement, and more.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to ensure effective system adoption and usage.
- Perform system testing and quality assurance to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with technical teams for system integrations, data migration, and custom development, if required.
- Provide support during system implementations, go-live, and post-implementation phases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues reported by users and stakeholders.
- 5 - 7 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
- Previous in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance.
- Strong Experience in activate and integrate other software and Modules to current environment
- Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications.
- Hands on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages.
- Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills.
- Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis.
